We understand the pre-requisite for our contractor clients to protect their commercial interests and recover contractual entitlements across their projects.

On appointment, our commercial managers work closely with clients to review and consider the unique aspects of each project and establish the appropriate commercial management approach to be taken.

Our team has proven experience at each project stage from integration as part of the bid team, analysing contract allowances, managing supply chain procurement and post contract phases, through to final account negotiation and agreement.
