Training & Professional Development


As an accredited Investors in People company, we believe that providing our employees with the opportunity to undertake relevant professional development activities is fundamental to their retention and motivation and to the company’s own long-term development.

We recognise that different individuals have different learning styles and that people join the business at different stages in their lives. We therefore utilise a variety of strategies to support the development of our employees at all grades from school leaver up to Director level. We are currently supporting a number of our employees through a wide range of academic courses, including undergraduate and post graduate degrees.


Evaluation is committed to the ongoing professional development of its’ staff, and we are proud of our trainee programme which includes a structured mentoring scheme.  This programme provides continual support to our trainees   throughout their degree course and on to the RICS APC which, when completed allows them to gain chartered surveyor status.

Evaluation is an RICS approved employer for the purposes of the APC and has in place a comprehensive structured training programme led by an experienced team which includes RICS registered assessors for the APC Final Assessment.



In order for the team to be equipped with the latest skills and knowledge, Evaluation actively encourages and supports ongoing professional development through regular internal CPD sessions, hot-topic briefings, attendance at relevant external seminars and workshops and by providing access to a library of current technical material.


Evaluation offers external training to organisations on commercial and contractual issues on a variety of subjects relating to various standard forms of contract, specific issues or support tailored to our clients’ needs.
