We take responsibility for providing day to day leadership focussed on managing best value for construction costs, assisting with project risk management and providing assurance in accordance with client internal financial controls and reporting.



The PQS team is led by Danny Kerr and Arlo Mills. Danny is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in both MEP and traditional quantity surveying across a number of sectors including commercial office, residential and data centres. Arlo is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 20 years’ experience across many construction sectors.  He has particular expertise in the mission critical/ data centre projects and leads our service offer in this sector.

The wider PQS team is built up of a blend of highly experienced construction professionals and recently qualified surveyors with support from others working towards chartered status.  The team have experience across all the main construction industry sectors and have managed projects ranging from small scale schemes through to major multi-phase developments.

Our team has a wealth of proven experience in delivering cost management services whether from a dedicated MEP perspective, on complex schemes with a high proportion of MEP services or on a traditional basis.  This unique blend of skills enables Evaluation to act as the lead Cost Consultant on any project.
